- · 9:00 AM-9:45 AM: MCATA Board Meeting (Board Members Only)
- · 11:00 AM-12:00 PM: MCATA General Membership Meeting (All Members)
- · 11:00 AM-2:00 PM: Ladies Luncheon/Bingo (Quantico Club) (Ladies Only) $30 per person (Must have military or "Real" ID)
- · 12:00 PM-4:00 PM: Hospitality Room Open
- · 3:30 PM-5:45 PM: Shuttle buses depart for the National Museum of the Marine Corps (Busses are free)
- · 5:00 PM-6:00 PM: Social Hour and rededication of the VMGR Memorial Monument
- · 6:30 PM-10:00 PM: Banquet in the museum atrium (Registration will ask if wheelchairs are needed)
- · 10:00 PM-11:00 PM: Shuttle buses return to the Fairfield Inn

Our 2026 MCATA Reunion and Convention will be held in Stafford, VA. We have blocked rooms that can be reserved at a discount the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites. You can find details about the hotel by clicking the booking link below.
Note: As of June 1, we already have 60 of our 80 blocked rooms reserved. The are overflow hotels nearby, but rates are not guaranteed.

Event Registration
In addition to your hotel reservations, you must register for the event. You can do so by going to this link and registering online. Once you have completed registration the site will generate an invoice. You have two options. You may pay online with your credit card or print the invoice and send a check to our treasurer Randy Richter. His address is on the invoice. IF YOU CAN REGISTER AND PAY INLINE THAT IS EASIER AND PREFERABLE. Please note that after you register yourself as a member and select all the options you want, you must save that and at the top of the page click on Add Guest and fill in your guest's name. This will add the registration fee for your guest as well. Please don't forget that step. Registration fees pay for open bar, table gifts, swag bag items etc.
Notes: This year we are planning our pre-banquet happy hour out by the VMGR Memorial. We normally have a cash bar but are seeking anyone who would like to help sponsor and donate to an open bar instead. Donors will be recognized (if they wish).
