2023 REUNION INFORMATION

THE REUNION: Our 2023 MCATA Reunion and Convention will be held October 19-23, 2023 at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in New Bern North Carolina. Our banquet and dinner will be held at the New Bern River Front Convention Center.

Rates are $149 to $169 per night depending on the room. Rates are available for those who wish to come earlier and/or stay longer from Sunday October 15, 2023 to Thursday October 26, 2023. Last day to book is Monday September 18, 2023. Offer only good as long as rooms are available.

Courtyard Marriott New Bern NC

EVENT REGISTRATION: Besides making hotel reservations you also have to register for the event itself. We are currently finalizing plans for meals and events and will have an event registration form ready soon. You have to register both yourself as a member and any guests. All attendees are subject to the $40 registration fee that helps us cover all printing, SWAG, welcome packages and other miscellaneous items incident to the event. Charges for items like meals or events outside the reunion itself are seperate and optional.

The registration form will be available in a PDF format that can be downloaded or you can go online to register. Registration online is preferable since it saves a lot of labor on the back end, but either way is acceptable. You can pay online or by check whether you register online or not. Further instructions to come when the registration forms are published.
