Ladies Shopping Spree

We all know how much you ladies and all our partner, friends and family love to look at and talk about airplanes, flying, maintaining airplanes and all things Marine Corps related, but in appreciation for the fact that you let us do that for several days each year at this reunion we are going to give you a bit of an escape from that for a few hours. We are planning a shopping spree opportunity in Seaport Village in downtown San Diego while the others are looking at airplanes at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station. Once the bus returns from the Recruit Depot Graduation Ceremony at MCRD on 4 October, Friday morning, another bus will depart heading for Seaport Village. There you will enjoy lunch at a fine restaurant and be able to search through the shops at your leisure. Lunch is pay on your own, but MCATA is hosting the bus. The bus will return to the hotel before 5 PM so everyone will have time to freshen up for dinner.  If you or your guest would like to go on this excursion please RSVP so we can get a good headcount.
