Group rate of 119.00 plus tax per night. Rate will be extended for three days before and three days after the event.

Personal or business checks will only be accepted if submitted 21 days PRIOR to arrival.

Block rates end Oct 13 and all unused rooms are released by MCATA.

Outdoor parking is FREE.

Hotel has restaurant on premises. Nearby within walking distance are several others including Carraba’s and McGuires.

Ladies Luncheon Menu (Friday, Oct 20 at 11:30-12:30-Men welcome)

  • Chef Salad-  A mixture of crisp romaine and spring mix topped with strips of lean smoked ham, turkey breast, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, diced hard-boiled egg, grape tomatoes and Croutons.
  • Club Croissant- Large croissant filled with lean smoked turkey breast and sugar cured ham deli sliced thin, swiss cheese, bacon strips, sliced ripe tomato and crisp lettuce accompanied by a delicious potato salad and pickle spear.

Visit to National Naval Aviation Museum (Friday, Oct 20 1-5 pm)


We will visit the National Naval Aviation Museum on Friday, October 22 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Depending on the number of participants transportation will be provided. Please indicate if you will be going with us on your registration form.

The museum is a world class facility with some of the Navy and Marine Corps most famous aircraft on display. There are former Naval Aviator docents who can guide your tour. There is a sandwich shop where you can have lunch.  The Cubi Point O’Club casual bar has been faithfully moved from the Philippines and reconstructed in the museum. It is filled with the nostalgia and the most incredible collection of detachment plaques imaginable. Adult beverages may be obtained there. There will be a short ceremony honoring Henry Wildfang where MCATA will present Henry’s personal copy of the Lockheed Martin Henry Wildfang Trophy to the museum for display. The trophy is awarded annually to the best KC-130 squadron in the Marine Corps by the Marine Corps Aviation Association.

Reunion Banquet Menu (Saturday, Oct 21 at 6 PM)(Cocktails with cash bar at 5 PM)

  • Prime Rib-  Slow roasted tender prime rib served with Au jus, garlic mashed potatoes and green bean almandine.
  • Crab Stuffed Flounder-  Large filet of flounder filled with a delicate crabmeat stuffing topped with hollandaise sauce served with an Asian vegetable medley and herbed new potatoes.
  • Breast of Chicken Oscar-  Tender breast of chicken topped with sautéed crabmeat, asparagus spears and béarnaise sauce served on an elegant bed of angel hair pasta tossed with fresh herbs.

Reunion Registration

  • Must have 2017 dues paid. ($35 and can do it online when you register.)
  • Registration fee is $40 PER PERSON including guests. To  register guest, including spouse, click the Add Guest button at the bottom
  • of the registration page and fill in guests info. Do the same for each additional guest.
  • On the registration page simply place a number in the box indicating how many of each items you want. 
  • For membership place a number representing number of years. 1 =$35
  • For donations the increment is $10. If you want to donate $50 place a 5 in the box.
  • Also please fill out the boxes telling us what date you'll arrive, mode of transport, preferred nametag names for you and guests
  • if different from registration and whether you'll join us for a "no host" pay your own Early Bird Dinner.
  • Registration closes Friday, October 13th. (We need an accurate headcount by then for meals at events.)
  • Please register online if you can. It’s easy, you can pay by credit card or check and even register now and ask for an invoice and
  • pay later. You’re not officially registered until you’ve paid.
  • Registering online saves work because you enter your own preferences directly into the database records.
  • The registration page will show who else has registered. You may refer back to check registration progress as much as you wish.
  • You will still be able to register with a paper form if you cannot get online.
  • If you just want to join us at the hospitality room for a day but not attend any events it will be a $20 per day cover charge to cover
  • cost of drinks, food and bartender. You must join the association!
